fans only

so my fans have again demanded an update, which i've meant to do for a long time, but i just haven't wanted to write what's on my mind. so what do i write then? my amazing raleigh brothers have suggested i write about why work sucks. haha. i don't think anybody'd have time to read this thing if i did. so i'll give you the short version: it's ridiculously hot, ridiculously boring, and i don't get to hang out with friends (except chelsea) at night and see the beautiful sunsets. chelsea and i worked 1st shift one saturday after working 2nd the night before. besides the lack of sleep, first really wasn't that bad and i'm almost tempted to see if i can switch. that would solve alot of problems. less heat, more time to hang out with people, hopefully less awkwardness at work. hmm. would you switch shifts when you only have about 3 or 4 wks left to work? i love most of the people on second, but first is fun too.

i can and can't believe the summer is already mostly over for me. it feels like i've been working forever, but i haven't gotten to really have fun or do some of the things i wanted to do this summer. and i hate that bc i feel like that's my life. i always want to do things, to have fun, but mostly i don't know where to go or what to do. i wanna hang out with friends, but everybody's growing up and busy. besides, i work all wk and the wkends have been pretty full too. there have been bridal showers :-D, errands, shopping trips/momma time, relax time, movies, and lots of catching up on sleep. this summer hasn't been horrible, i just wish i had more time to do fun stuff. sheesh, work gets in the way (as it always does)...i think we should boycott.

there's more that's on my mind, but it wouldn't be appropriate to put it on here and i just don't wanna be that vulnerable. but i'll try to update this thing again soon. like maybe in the next month or two :-P jk. i hope everybody's doing well and having a fabulously fun summer. i mean, someone's gotta have some fun, right? ;-) i miss you guys.
